TICKETS are still available for a concert arranged by Kidderminster mayor Ken Stokes.
The Band of the West Mercia Constabulary will be joined by soprano Margaret Peters and tenor John Hutton for the event at Kidderminster Town Hall on Saturday, beginning at 7.30pm.
Cash raised from the concert will go to Mr Stokes' mayoral good causes. He has a fund for young people and also generates money to repair the town's main war memorial and for the appeal to replace the bells at St Mary's Church.
It will feature classical music as well as tunes from the shows, films and Last Night of the Proms.
